Feature issue "May The Show Go On!" |
Our October issue saw us with a challenge as we took on the task of publishing our first feature issue "May The Show Go On!". So this month we are pleased to say that we have been able to provide two newzines for the price of one.
This feature issue came about through contact with the circus industry and an insight into the treatment they were being given by the mainstream media. Here at Good Gabble we believe it is important that all are given a chance to have a voice and be heard. It was with this in mind that we offered to give the circus community a special place to speak from their heart. We hope all readers enjoy this feature, taking the time to listen to what they have to say.
Within our regular issue we have also focus on celebrating the wonderful relationship that humans have with their animals. Lisa Louden from Adore Animals shares her organisation, Ron Prasad introduces us to Edgar's Mission Animal Sanctuary and tells us of the great work of the volunteers. We laugh with Kathleen Baker as her husband is "Abducted By A Red Hatter" and Peter Nicholls talks of the new life phase for baby boomers.
And of course their are all our regular features from our monthly contributors, our kids only page and Lovatt's puzzles for the adults.
